1. SCOPE & CONTROLLER

TFSF Ventures FZ-LLC is responsible for personal data it controls through this website and its direct business relationships. A client may be the controller for information processed inside a client-owned deployment, with TFSF acting only under the client’s documented instructions.

This Policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, clients, suppliers and people who communicate with TFSF.

2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

Depending on the interaction, we may process:

  • identity and business contact information;
  • messages, project briefs and information submitted through RAI or another form;
  • contract, billing and due-diligence records required for an engagement;
  • technical request, security, device, browser and performance information;
  • with your permission, page and section views, active and visible time, navigation, scroll depth, long-hover duration, device capability, performance, form-field progress and RAI engagement;
  • service and support records; and
  • information supplied by a client under a signed agreement.

Please do not submit sensitive or regulated data through a public website interface unless TFSF has provided an approved method for doing so.

We process personal data to respond to requests, evaluate and perform engagements, secure and operate services, maintain business records, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims and improve service quality.

The applicable legal basis may include consent, performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interests that do not override individual rights.

4. RAI & AI INTERACTIONS

Messages submitted to RAI are processed to generate a response, preserve conversation continuity, secure the service and support a requested human follow-up. Do not use RAI as an emergency, legal, medical or investment-advice channel.

Where measurement is allowed, TFSF records that a RAI turn was sent, completed or failed, its duration, response mode and conversion stage. General measurement does not include the literal prompt or response. If you explicitly submit a build request, the conversation and contact details are included in the requested handoff so the team can continue with the context you chose to provide.

Client-specific confidential data is not used to train a shared third-party model unless the client expressly authorizes that use. AI providers and infrastructure providers may process limited information as service providers under their applicable controls and contracts.

5. COOKIES & DEVICE PREFERENCES

The corporate website uses a language-preference cookie when you select English, Portuguese, Arabic or Farsi. RAI may use browser storage to preserve a conversation on the device. Necessary technical records may also be created to deliver and protect the service.

Optional experience measurement is disabled until you select Allow Measurement. If allowed, TFSF measures page and section time, navigation, scroll depth, long hovers, device and performance characteristics, form progress and RAI engagement. It records interaction counts and completion states—not literal keystrokes, passwords, payment data or unsubmitted field contents. Network addresses are converted into rotating one-way identifiers before storage; coarse country and region may be retained.

TFSF does not use the corporate site to sell personal data, build advertising profiles or deploy behavioral advertising trackers. You may select Necessary Only or withdraw permission at any time through Cookies & Settings.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS & TRANSFERS

We may use vetted providers for hosting, security, communications, AI processing, document delivery and other operational functions. They receive only the information reasonably required for their role.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, TFSF applies contractual, organizational or legal safeguards appropriate to the destination, the data and the applicable law.

7. RETENTION

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual commitments, security, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction. Information may be retained longer where required for a legal hold, dispute, regulatory request or other lawful reason, and is deleted or de-identified when no longer required.

Consented experience-measurement records are ordinarily retained for no more than 400 days. Rotating network identifiers change monthly. Lead, security, contractual and legal records may follow a different period where their purpose or applicable law requires it.

8. SECURITY

TFSF applies technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the nature and risk of the information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, environment separation, logging and incident-response procedures.

No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe information or an account has been compromised.

9. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.

Submit a request to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify identity and authority.

10. BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS

TFSF may send requested service communications and relevant business-to-business information. Marketing communications include a method to opt out where required. Operational, contractual and security messages may continue when necessary to provide a service.

TFSF does not sell personal data.

11. CHILDREN

The corporate website and services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization.

12. UPDATES, COMPLAINTS & CONTACT

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or services. Material changes will be identified through an appropriate website or direct notice.
